The office environment is typically relaxed for a design environment. Staff are highly skilled, self-motivated and self-regulating. The concept of “the project is the boss” is adhered to as an organising principle. Design intent and product awareness are the continual influences consistent throughout work processes.
Staff are an average age of 30, providing a good mix of “old hands” and young blood. Multiculturalism is much sought after in staff selection and the office consists of a variety of cultures that create a vibrant and challenging daily atmosphere. New CV’s are always welcome
