A 20 million dollar upgrade to reposition and rebrand the center. The project mainly involved reorganizing the malls configuration on the lower levels, redoing ceilings and finishes, getting new tenants and improving the flow and movement throughout the center.
The entrance to the shopping center is at street level and drops down three levels onto the beach. The food concourse is placed on the top level so that people literally walk off the street and straight into the food concourse.
The food concourse on the top level received the most work, where we created an entirely open and transparent space that focuses on the food tenants - giving them great seating areas where patrons are encouraged to enjoy these various types.
